Message Therapy

Recovery is a key element of training. Massage therapy is often overlooked as a part of a programme but it is critical to maintain/increase range of movement, improve posture, help body composition, increase strength and reduce muscle fatigue.

A one hour personal training session geared towards achieving your sepcific goals.

TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE
